• Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
• Sale items cannot be canceled once the sale has ended.

How do I cancel an order?

What are the fees and restrictions associated with order cancellation?

If you cancel an order before it has been shipped, there is no fee. However, if you cancel an order after it has been shipped, you may be responsible for the following fees:

• Shipping and handling fees
• Return shipping fees
• Restocking fees (up to 20%)

How will I be refunded if I cancel my order?

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will be refunded the full amount of your purchase, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will be refunded the purchase price of the products, minus any applicable fees. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned products.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. We will also cancel orders that are suspected of fraud or that are placed using invalid payment information.
